DATA MIGRATION INTEGRITY 8 points ☐ Migrated master data (customers, vendors, items, chart of accounts) has been reconciled record-by-record against source systems. ☐ Migrated transactional and balance data (open orders, inventory, AR/AP balances) has been reconciled, not just row-counted. ☐ Complex structures (bills of materials, multi-level assemblies, pricing hierarchies) have been validated at the full-structure level. ☐ A named business owner has signed off on data quality for each migrated domain. ☐ A data freeze and delta-load plan is documented for the period between final extract and go-live. ☐ Historical data retention and archival approach for legacy systems is documented and approved. ☐ Data cleansing was performed at the source where possible, not patched only during transformation. ☐ A reconciliation report is scheduled to run immediately after the production data load, before users are given access. 5.
